Cannot Be Shaken

“Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken,
and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe.” – Hebrews 12:28

How are we doing at being obedient to the above verse? Are we grateful for having received a kingdom that cannot be shaken? Are we offering to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe? What form does our “acceptable worship” take – on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday,…? What might we begin to do differently?

In addition to the Biblical texts that we will be considering, our upcoming worship services will also include: Commissioning of our Short-term Team to Pearland, TX on February 9th (to serve with Samaritan’s Purse) and a Ministry Trip Update as part of our services on February 23rd. And, March 1st as part of our 11 AM Worship Service, we will be baptizing those who have come to faith in Christ and desire to publicly identify with Him by obeying His command to be baptized. If you desire to be baptized or have questions about being baptized, please speak with me by February 16th.
